My name is Mohammad Esmaeili and I own Shondiz Cafe Downtown Denver Colorado. By the end of April their agent showed up at my business. He spoke with me for a two hour meeting and against all of my rejections he promised that the service will be great and rates to be amazing. Since I knew these kind of con artist and false hopes I finally got the manager Geoff Humboldt to give me a letter, signed by him, that they need to cancel everything including the equipment lease in case they do not fulfill their commitment. Since day first things started to happening and I list them here. 1. Faulty equipment sent to me 2. Orders were messed up and I still after a month of communication have not received my power supply for my machine, very basic thing! 3. Database was down and shut my business for Friday and Monday. 4. I, as the owner of the business, was yelled at, insulted and disrespected by customer service and tech support when I was trying to get help when their data base shut my business down. 5. Rates turn out to be totally lie and I end up paying more than I was paying before. 6. Since I had a previous lease and was not willing to switch, I was promised by Geoff that they will modify my lease to absorb that amount, something that never happened. 7. I tried to get my issues resolved with them but they did not care and never returned a single call. Only Geoff contacted me, 12 am midnight, and promised to resolve everything. Lem another person also spoke with me and promised to take care of everything. No one did a single thing with in a month where they promised 24 hours resolution. 8. I tried to close my account for the past two weeks and the customer service rep, Alejandro, Jessica, Jessie and many more told me that I will receive a call from a cancellation Representative and they never called me. Last time I talked to Alejandro for the 3rd time and requested a supervisor on the like and I said I am not hanging up until my issues are resolved but he simply HUNG UP ON ME!!! Geoff’s reaction to all of this was only promising refunds and taking care of all of the issues every time that I contacted him and as of now he did not even answered my messages. I have already contacted Better Business Bureau and I am planning to escalate this issue to where ever possible and need to make sure Payment systems and whoever is related to this system is going to pay for it by not being in business and deceiving business owners and hurt their business. My next step is to file a lawsuit or whatever possible and get my rights back. I don’t deserve this at all not as a business not as a person. .
