$125 dollars had been taken out of my bank account for no reason. I joined on the free trial and it hasn’t even been 2 months yet but so much money has been taken out of my account from them. When I went on there website to see what was wrong many other people have complained of the same thing happening to them. $96 was debited from my account without my authorisation. I canceled my account as soon as I saw this ‘free’ site wanted to charge money for downloading a pdf I’d uploaded and edited online. Then today I received an email informing me of the $96 charge. I confirmed this amount had been debited from my account. I am a disabled pensioner and as a result of this site’s underhanded dealings, I cannot pay all my bills this month and may lose my electricity supply. I’m pursuing this with my bank but I am extremely upset and angry about this behaviour.
