After attempting to sit down to take my Microsoft test today 05/24/2017. I was halfway through the test and the network dropped out and rendered my test invalid. The administrator at the test center called the help desk and was told that I would have to be rescheduled. I was given a case number. So I called and was told that I would have to wait at least 2 business days to determine if I can be rescheduled. That alone is bad enough but the saddest part is I had to wait on the phone just to get to that point. And every person I talked to was extremely rude and condescending. When I contacted back via Chat they told me 3- 5 business days. I didn”t cause their issues but have to be penalized for their problems. Microsoft needs to find a different test proctor!
