Does going to a dentist mean that you have to always leave behind awesome reviews on the site? Well that’s what this place turned out to be. Yes the place is good with the kids and the staff is super friendly or rather a bit overfriendly, I must say. But hold on. I have had a crazy day and the previous night was a nightmare with my son’s terrible toothache. The whole house was actually awake trying to make him quiet and fall asleep. But no, with his terrible toothache he just could not sleep. I had my work to attend to. I was already late post the doctor’s appointment and at the workplace calls started coming in from the dentistry. They were literally pressuring me to write a good review. My God! I was already having loads of work to attend to and not having slept well feeling very tired and this girl kept calling me in her robotic voice asking for a good write up about the clinic. She was also telling me what to write. Now this sure leaves a sour taste. There are many dental clinics who are doing a better job and the rates are far more reasonable too. Who goes chasing their customers for a good note like this? I came back home and was preparing supper for my child and the girl from the clinic called again. This was simply too much for me to bear now. I told my husband and he found this equally ridiculous. After dinner, he logged into the site and look what he found. There was a similar experience shared by another customer which these guys forgot to remove from their site and it read like this – Paediatric Dentistry @kidsmilesrus May 18. “They’re great with our kids and the staff is super friendly and kind. But being harassed through email and phone to leave a review turns me off,\” says Kyli on Google, via @Birdeye_
