Was looking for a document I needed to be done professionally. I came across Persia Santiago: (email address removed by HolySmoke.org admin) Creative Document & Web Designer Persia Santiago ® Beverly Hills,Ca 90210 P. S. Creative Designs Studio ® www.persiasantiago.com www.twitter.com/PersiaSantiago +1 (424) 253-4609 She insisted I pay her via prepaid reload credit card which seemed very suspicious and would not accept a Paypal payment. Being that she promised the document by 9PM that same night, I sent her a $160 payment as she asked. She was extremely warm texting back and forth discussing her professionalism and the quality of her work. Immediately after the payment was made, her tone changed into hostility and annoyance when I asked when I should be receiving the document. First it was by 9PM that night. The next day it changed to 9PM two days later. When the two days passed, she became irate and thanked me for the “donation” but in the same text claimed she didn’t receive payment which is absurd since the card is now empty and I have the proof that she took the money. She also told me to post any complaint I want that I’m not the first. People please beware!
