This guy is a total scam. He gave 100% guarantee, and it was supposed to be a natural solution, 100 harmless. It turned out to be harmless for the bedbugs, not for us. He came with his liquid, asked me to leave for eight hours, said he’ll need an hour to spray everywhere, 20 min later I saw him through the window of the cafe leaving with his car. After eight hours I finally entered to find the apartment smelling like hell and all covered with thick layer of greasy liquid. I was also supposed to smear my skin and the skin of my kids with the same smelly liquid. We have been doing it for two weeks and had to leave for the Summer. When we were back in September, the apartment was a disaster with thousands of bedbugs everywhere. There was no effect at all of this greasy liquid spread in our poor apartment and over our clothes and furniture. It was bad for us but obviously bedbugs liked it. So we looked for a chemical solution and it worked. I asked for my money back as it was 100% money back policy. No, the guy was postponing, promising to call back months after months. At the end he said he’ll pay nothing back. He’s an immoral scammer and swindler who steals your money, leaves you in misery and does nothing to solve your bedbug problem. And you’ll never see your money back. Never trust this company!
