This company did not provide the services as described on their website. They were inaccurate with instructions for forms, locations, directions, and more. Furthermore, when it appeared my pet would not be able to fly as scheduled (and would not have flown without the help of the carring staff at the USDA office in Atlanta), their response was “this happens all the time.” I’m sure it does with this company. Not only did they not provide the service promised in their contract, they charged my credit card more than the agreed upon contract price. This was one of the worst ripoffs I have even fallen victim to.
