It was getting very difficult for me to book a cab every day for my office, sometimes I got late and sometimes the cab driver would get confused coming to my location. I wanted to get rid of this problem, so I decided to buy a car in a lease. Since my income was not so high and I wasn’t able to buy a car at a one-time payment so I decided to buy a car and fix a monthly basis payment with the dealer of a company. I started searching for companies who would lend me a car. I found out the Peterson BMW, it was near my house and they were had options for finance too. The interest rate was affordable and the duration was also good as it seemed on their webpage at first.
I made an appointment with the manager of the place to talk about the terms and conditions. Everything was different when I went into the place because the manager was very good at first and after selecting the car and fixing a 72 months payment I confirmed the deal. Everything went fine until the final confirmation of the payment. I was told that the offer for giving a lease at zero per cent down payment was over and they would charge a normal interest rate from me. I was shocked and frustrated after listening to it. I wanted to cancel the deal but was helpless. The manager was very clever as he didn’t bring it into my notice from before. He told me about it after the payment and confirmation was done. I couldn’t regret more coming to this place. The brand new car was mine but half of my monthly salary went over the expense of the car. I wasn’t able to do any kind of saving and could send money to my parents. The interest kept on increasing by 1% every month.
The worst place to buy vehicles in the lease was Peterson BMW. They were very clever with their business and convinced their customers in such a way that it would get impossible for the customer to know their intentions. Their behaviour before and after the payment was different. They treat their customers without even letting them wait before the payment procedures and all of it changes as soon as the payment was done. I had experienced it all with the Peterson BMW. After the agreement of the lease offer they kept me waiting for more than an hour to confirm my paper works. The delivery of the car was not on the expected day. They delayed the delivery by 4 days and started deducting money from my bank account every month with an increasing rate of interest.
Even after requesting them to lower the interest rate, I wasn’t favoured with any kind of deduction on the payable interest rate. I would suggest everyone stay away from the Peterson BMW. They are a two-faced business firm and treat their customer with least respect after the payment is done. The manager wouldn’t even bother to pick up the call after the payment whereas he would call from the front for convincing before the payment. Please stay away from such a fraud firm.
