I never thought business offer poor services until my recent encounter with Philipson Chiropractic. This chiropractic center offered me poor services that were overcharged.
I tend to sit for long while at work, and for this reason, I experience back pains from time to time. I had always opted for a massage until lately when my wife suggested I should seek help from a chiropractic practitioner. I was not sure whether this was a good idea or a waste of time and money. However, with a few research, I was able to discover that chiropractors manipulate the spine to ease pain and correct any alignment problems. Basing on my case, I felt it was worth a try, and I started researching chiropractic practitioners in Huntington Beach online. According to my research, all the established centers were focused on offering high quality services. Going through the available options, I came across Philipson Chiropractic, which was open on weekends, making it the ideal choice.
I called the chiropractic center to book an appointment. The customer support agent who answered the phone seemed friendly but kept on holding my calls. This did not ring a bell since I had never been served at Philipson Chiropractic center before. After a lengthy discussion and a lot of call holding, the customer support agent scheduled me an appointment on Saturday at 2 PM. I tried to ask for directions to their chiropractic center, but she hands upon me. When Saturday came, I prepared for my appointment before 10 AM so I could be at the center before 2 PM, which I did.
To my surprise, the chiropractic center was small and compressed. The waiting area was very uncomfortable with a lot of papers on the table. I started having doubts about the center, but I decided to take my shot. At around 2 PM, the chiropractor left his office for lunch, leaving me in the hand of the receptionist. This was a complete waste of time, but at around PM, the chiropractor returned to serve me. His working area was crowded, making me doubt his professionalism. The tools available seemed sub substandard, but I had no option since I was asked to pay before service. During the whole session, the chiropractor kept answering and making irrelevant calls phone calls. He did not take an interest in my case, and neither did he give personalized attention. I was not happy with the services offered, especially the fact that I had to pay before being served.
Instead of the session, helping me attain wellness, I was more distressed. I tried to complain to the chiropractor, but to my surprise, he claimed he had done his best, and there was nothing he could do. However, he suggested that he can help me out if I was ready to spend a few dollars. This was more of a command than a request. I could not imagine having another section with the same unprofessional chiropractor, so I stormed out never to return.
