I had gone to them for help, but they left me feeling me more helpless than the accident that dislocated my left knee, had to have 5 stitches on my left palm and injured my back which still pains. I had a huge medical bill on me and I wanted their help and wanted them to fight my case. The receptionist who attended the call was very polite and took my details. She then transferred my call to one of their attorneys. The guy seemed too occupied to listen to what I was saying but at the end of the call, he asked me to come and meet him personally so that he could take the case up. I met him and we decided that they will be representing me. I was told to wait for a call back to inform me of the further procedures. I waited. And waited. Even my stitches healed, and yet, there was no call back at all. I just kept waiting for the call back. I called in and the receptionist again was very polite and apologetic for what had happened. She connected me to the attorney and he said he had misplaced some details of my case and that is why it was taking so long. I could not believe it. We had met just once and there were hardly any details with him. And he misplaced them too. I could not trust him now with the case. What if he would have misplaced important documents related to the case during the trial? It was a very dissapointing experience. And the worst part is, he did call up after a whole week saying he had found my details and would like to take my case up now. Like there was anyway I could trust him.
