Where to begin . . . Gayle Palms, owner of Phoenix Natural Medicine and Detox clinic, used to be a friend of mine, or so I thought. I flew from Seattle to AZ to help her with the grand opening of the first clinic she’d opened in Phoenix. I flew out again in January 2011 for four months to help her at the same clinic that was now failing. While she did house me at her home during that time, I put in numerous hours of free work at her clinic. While there, I’d introduced her to a new device called a CGAM Body Charger — a $3,000 device. She so wanted one that she convinced me to send her one upon my return to Seattle so she could have one in her clinic. She promised to pay me within six months, hoping to sell some along the way in order to defray costs. This was three years ago, almost to the day. I have asked her many times, as kindly as I could to please pay, make payment arrangements with me, or send the device back to me. The more I inquired the more she ignored me, until she outright lashed out at me through nasty messaging and name calling. She has refused to pay, to make payment arrangements, or to send the device back to me. I didn’t want to believe that she was an opportunistic thief, but that’s the only conclusion I can now come to. I should have been alerted to this character flaw when she at one point asked me to go with her at night to find and take somebody elses sandwich board to use at her clinic. That should have been a huge red flag to me, but I down-played it cause I guess I was in disbelief. I never did participate in that crime with her, and still find it hard to believe that it meant nothing to her to take something that she had no right to. As has been suggested by others, run, don’t walk from this woman. She is a liar and a cheat. She will take whatever she can from you and then turn her back on you. Should you choose to engage with her anyhow, consider yourself warned. She is a wolf in sheeps clothing.
