Trust me when I say that photo magic of florida deserves this review. I wish I could say I had a different experience from Dan K, but I can’t. Here’s where Rocket Booth failed to meet my expectations (and went above and beyond in lowering them even further): 1. They showed up 2 hours late on our wedding day photo magic was supposed to be at our wedding for 4 hours – from 6pm-10pm. They were supposed to be there at 5pm to set up. 5pm came – and went. No Booth. Both my day-of coordinator and the hotel wedding coordinator called repeatedly trying to figure out where they were. He finally showed up 2hours late at 7pm and began setting up, which cut into the 4 hours we had hired him for . We had a large guest list and many guests were not able to take photos in the photo booth because there simply wasn’t enough time. I was sad about this. My husband emailed them afterwards and BUT THEY WOULD NOT GIVE US A a refund for the hour that they were late – but to be honest, I expected more. In my opinion, you’re not just paying for the lost time – you’re paying for the lost photos/memories and the guests who weren’t able to enjoy the photo booth. You’re also paying to keep that customer happy. 2. They have not sent us the photos, as promised in the contract After the wedding, we were so happy that everything else had gone well that it took us awhile after we got back from our honeymoon to realize … we never got the photos they promised us! It’s been over two months since our wedding (on Feb 15,) and we have yet to see the photos that were promised as part of our contract. VERDICT: Considering all the other great deals out there for photo booths, I wouldn’t recommend this company. You want to hire vendors for your event that you can trust to actually show up on time and give services as promised in their contract. And part of customer service is following up even after the event is over and making sure to provide what was promised in the contract! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! DAN SOUND LIKE A NICE PERSON BUT HE IS NOT!!! .
