My claim is that Piedmont Nails & Spa charged me for “powder gel nails” when it they really gave me an acrylic manicure (cost $27, I paid $37). According to many sources, there is no such thing as “powder gel” and salons are scamming their customers out of money by upcharging them for “powder gel” when it an acrylic nail manicure, as Piedmont Nails scammed me. .
