I use to love this company – fast shipping and great prices on pillows and custom made pillow forms, but something has happened. I don’t know if they have been purchased by someone or if there is new management but my order has taken forever to ship out. They claim (and I know from experience) that they ship out orders in 2-3 business days. So far I have waited almost 14 just for the items to ship!! I have tried contacting customer service who claimed it would ship out at the end of the week, well that didn’t happen. When I called at the beginning of the next week, they couldn’t tell me a ship date or why it wasn’t shipping. To me it sounds like either they just don’t care or they are having money problems, maybe they owe to their shipping company and can’t print labels, but I did just pay them over $20 in shipping so they should have atleast that much. Very dissappointing, will be contacting my credit card company next to see if they can help. Will NEVER order from them again.
