Platinum Autohaus has terrible customer service. Only go there if you are too desperate for a Range Rover or Audi. That’s because these people treat you like an uneducated retard. They’ll talk to you about the basics of the car like you’ve never driven any. And they’ll try to make you feel bad if you don’t own an A-class or S-class sedan. I have never felt more ashamed and disgusted in my life. I was intrigued by their inventory. I had found these people online and I was quite excited to get an Audi A8 from these people. I was thinking of going to an Audi showroom but I had bought a car from a used-car-lot before and my experience was great. It was my mistake to think these people were actually good. When I contacted them about a deal they seemed a little positive but not enthusiastic. That was a downer already because a salesperson is supposed to be enthusiastic. Well, when I got there, I met Paul. He showed me the Audi A8 and asked me about my current car. I told him I own an Audi A3 and as soon as he heard that, his behavior changed. He started treating me like I’m a cheat or a liar. I bet he thought I didn’t have the money to buy an Audi A8 from him. He started talking about A8 like it was some sort of mythical piece of art, created by gods. I told him I’m familiar with this stuff he kept judging everything I did. He asked me where my car was and I told him it was parked outside. I can’t believe he actually asked me that question. When he was showing me the A8, I noticed how dull he had become. The guy who was a little thrilled to show me the vehicle had now lost all interest. He didn’t ask me if I liked the car or not. He swiftly brought out his phone and showed me a Q5. He told me I might be more interested in that instead of the A8. Later, he started explaining the jargon of a sports car to me and I got so bored and irritated by this behavior of his that I never contacted that place again. Just because I own a normal sedan, it doesn’t mean I can’t afford an A8. They just assumed that I couldn’t because when our meeting was about to end, he quickly asked me to come with a bank statement and some other proofs the next day. He didn’t even ask me if I was interested in the car or not. I never called those guys again and they never called me. This place is run by motorhead chimps who know nothing better than a tire and a wrench. The way the staff of Platinum Autohaus disrespected me was more than enough for me to leave that place. Don’t believe all those fake reviews written by this company’s own people. I wish my personal story will help you in making an informed decision.
