Trapped me in a terrible program

If you are planning to buy a house by taking a loan from the Platinum Home Mortgage financing program, you are making the same mistake that I have made already. I was buying the home for the first time and had no experience. I went to the Platinum Home Mortgage and was thinking that they will guide me with the best option, but it was only in my thoughts. From day one, my experience with the Platinum Home Mortgage was not good. The staff at one point seems very friendly and corporative. But they remain friendly only for ten minutes.
I selected the adjustable-rate program. First of all, I faced problems in completing their formalities as the formalities for taking the loan to buy a house were very complex. It was not customer-friendly at all. After completing all the requirements, I was expecting that I will get the loan in a short period, but again they proved me wrong. They told me that in two weeks the process of verification will be completed and I will receive the money. After two weeks when I connected with them to ask for the money, they told me that I have to wait for few more days. I visited their office for this and every time they refused me to give the loan by giving lame excuses. After almost a month, I received the loan. After that, I started to pay the instalments of the loan and after a few months, I was surprised when I came to know that I have to pay the high rate of interest on the loan. I panicked as it was not a part of the program that I have to pay a high ratio of interest every month with the money of loan. Also, the duration of paying the loan was increased. It was true that I got the promotion in my office and it was the reason behind taking the adjustable-rate program but this increase in the interest rate was terrible. When I received the notification of this increment, I visited their office and asked them about the rise in the interest ratio. They told me that they revised their policy and according to the new policy they sent me the notification. I asked them that at the time of agreement they didn’t tell me anything and it should not be valid for us, the old customers, but they didn’t listen to me and started to misbehaving and arguing with me. They didn’t facilitate me and the loan which I was supposed to pay-off in 9 years, now I’ll have to pay it in 10 years.
I was fooled and got trapped in their program but I will suggest you all to not become a fool. Their program looks very attractive but in reality, it is opposite. When you will meet them the first time, they will do everything to impress you and once you will become their client, your problems will be started.
