I placed an order for plugs on June 1, 2014 thinking I was going to get high quality plugs in my size. When I was browsing the website I clicked on shop in my size (00g/10mm) so I found a pair of image plugs and placed the order thinking I bought them in my size. When they sent me the confimation e-mail I noticed I placed my order in the wrong size. The next moning I tried to fix my order and it was already finalized so I researched their return policy. They have a seven day return policy once they arrived, so i figured I would do that. Once they arrived one week later I tried e-mailing and they we’re delayed. So I tried several other e-mails and the same thing happened. I called several times as well on different times of the day and all calls went to voice mail.Now i’m stuck with terrible quality, tiny plugs and I lost about $20 due to terrible customer service.
