I was in urgent need of a new car for my regular commute. It was the last week of the vacation and I decided to buy a pre-owned car before my office re-opened. I did a lot of research regarding the bestselling car company in the town and after about few hours of continuous surfing I found out Porsche Newport Beach to be one of the most reputed car selling company in town. Their webpage pleased me from the beginning and I started looking up the best pre-owned car in their inventory. After a few minutes, the new model “Porsche Macan” with the new edition was the most attractive among them. I did a good amount of research about it and made it sure to buy it from the Porsche Newport Beach.
I contacted the owner of the company over a phone call and fixed an appointment to have a look at the car for real and finalize the deal. He told me that he would call me back in a few days to finalize the date for my appointment. After not being called for two days I had to call them and fix the appointment myself. I went into the place on time and the fixed date but the manager didn’t show up. My appointment was then fixed for the upcoming day. The firm didn’t even apologize to send me off. This didn’t bother me much and I went into the place once again the other day and fortunately met the manager. I told him to show me the car so that I could finalize the deal. He kept me waiting for the next 30 minutes. He suddenly showed up and told me that the car was not yet ready for service and I would have to wait for another day because they didn’t have the model with them right now. I wanted the car so bad that I wasted another day waiting. I came in the next day once again and after inspecting the car and declaring it perfect from all aspects I decided to finalize the deal. I requested them for a test drive so that I could be sure about the machine working properly. The owner excused me saying that the car could only be ridden once the total payment is done. This pissed me off and even after several requests the firm didn’t listen to me.
I cleared the total amount on the very next day and finally was allowed for a test drive before the paper works. It was all going good and after completing the paperwork the manager fixed the delivery date and finalized the deal officially. I was very happy until they called me up before the day of delivery and told me that the delivery had to be cancelled because the car was damaged by one of their mechanics before delivery and was not in a state to fix it again. Now I’ll have to wait for 6 more months. Please stay away from the Porsche Newport Beach.
