Precision Elevator Service and Greg Fricke run a terrible business. After hiring them to look at an elevator about a locking mechanism, we were told that all we needed was keys. The service man, Dan took 15 minutes to determine what we needed and said he could pick them up. We were not told about what charges we would incure, but assumed that $100-$150 would be for his time and the keys. The company didn’t send the invioce to the correct business, they sent it to the building management company, who did not reveal it to us until months later. The management company paid out of Tenent Improvement funds. We were charged $360 dollars for “install lockout keyed switch for B level car call”. This is fraud. Nothing was installed, the service man drove 20 minute to Thornton to pick up 4 keys for us. This should be no more than $150. After taking a month of calling 2-3 times weekly I finally spoke to Greg about the charge. I requested that her review the incorrect invoice and reinburse the overpayment, as nothing was installed. He said he would get back to me. After over 7 business day, I called Greg again and he lost his temper with me, cursing at me. I remained calm, trying to rationalize with him about how much we were charged. He even admitted that about $180 dollars of work and time was done, but he was unwilling to reinburse us the overcharge of $200. This is a company that created a fraudulent invoice for services that were not rendered, and cursed at his customer, took over a month to contact us back and now has refused to reinburse though he is wrong. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. CHEATERS AND LIARS! .
