He was hurt by the experience he had with them to the extent of not wanting to talk about it, although he finally opened up to tell me. He wanted to build a pool hence took a loan to cater for the construction cost. Presidential pools started building the pool on 4th June 2019. They assured him that by the end of 6-8 weeks it would have been completed, yet even after 15 weeks later it was still not completed. However, they took all the payments before the exercise began. They did a good thing since they contracted workers, the workers dropped off a trailer actually in his driveway on a Friday, it was blocking him to get out of the place hence he went a step ahead to call that evening on the same day to the field manager requesting them to move it. He was forced to leave his vehicle trapped since no one came to move it. Surprisingly, the manager stopped picking his calls and responding to his text messages. A month later that is went the travertine was completed, of which this was something that should have only taken days to be completed. They worked for a few hours and left for days before coming up again to start again next time, more so they made obvious mistakes. He had to tell Richard and told him not to worry about it since it will not be noticeable when water is in the pool because water will make an illusion no one will be able to tell. Even though the site manager was there, they never caught their mistake who came out to inspect once in a while and again he stile raised an alarm to him. He was told it was already late because the pebbles were added to the pool there was no option but water to be put in the pool.
There was so much more and honestly, the job he paid for is still incomplete up to date. He took some of the pictures and asked them to smooth out the deck at the backside and fill in the spots where there was no cement. The field manager told him that he had not paid for that back of the pool and for that matter he should just cover it up with his landscaping. He sent an email to express his concerns and what surprised him, he never got any response from them, however, he knew they saw it because he saw Richard telling the workers to add more cement later. Although from the pictures they were so clear since they were trying to fill the holes. It was not smooth too. It looked sloppy, with such kind of work he knew it will not last but instead, water will be seeping through it and definitely will cause damage in the future. He never believed the treatment he received throughout the process. Indeed it was a bad experience he had. He regretted why he had started this project. It is now July 15, 2019. I highly don’t recommend them. He never wished to expose out his experience but I convinced him to tell me only to tell you, be warned of these people, they don’t care about their customer. While making your decisions kindly note this for your good.
