We purchased a Hydraulic Juicer with shredder Includer for $13500 plus $375 shipping on 4.5.15 we made a down payment for $5500.00 with used the debit card and another $ 5550.00 we were supposed to pay the company at the time the machine was delivered which was for May 15,15 but because the seller whos name is Nick called us saying the machine is ready to ship and asked if we can send the second payment we made a wire transfer. we trusted them and sent the $5550.00 but we never received the machine. We started getting worried and stated calling them every day for two weeks then we receive a call saying the parts of the machine came defective but they will be shipping the second week of June, again we did not receive any machine, we starting colling againg but they did not answer the phone, the calls were transfered to a lady who said she does not know about them that she is in las vegas and just take calls and transfers the calls to Nick and Robert who suppostly is the owner. we have contacted other customers who have had the same problem with this company and they said they did not receive the machine aither and others the machine did not work and that they have 6 months wating for the replacement. We have asked them to refund our money if they do not have a machine working in perfect condition they have to gives a refund. They sent us an email saying that the will give us the refund but since then they do not answer the phone a now, latley we received an email form a person whos name is Amber and that she works in the accounting department saying they are in the process just that have hundreds of transactions and that we’ll receive soon, it has passed two weeks and nothing and they don not answer our email. We really need that money and we need your help since we had to make a loan to buy another machine so we can start our busines. We explained to them that we have been paying rent since December, 2014 and that we need the machine a soon is posible so they garanteed the machine will be ready by May 15. We are about to end July and our business got stuck because of this problem. In hope you can help us or guide us in what to do with this matter, is not fair they have been doing thi for long time and nobody can do anything to stop them.
