I purchased a 1996 Chevy Suburban from Prieto Auto Sales on 8/29/2014 which came with a 30day warranty. When I got the car it was dirty an making nose so I returned to the dealership to report several mechanic issues an how my car needs to be detailed because I fount a lot of belongings that belonged to the previous owners. So on 8/30/2014 I reported these issues to Daniel Miranda who is currently working as the sales person for Prieto. Daniel told me on 8/29/2014 that I had to schedule an appointment to bring my car for maintenance which I scheduled several appointments an even dropped my off to be fixed. Days would go by that I wouldn’t hear from them regarding the repairs so I picked my vehicle up from there shop an nothing was fixed. Daniel began to explain to me that all his workers were fired for not being able to complete the work orders so he referred me another shop they worked with name Los Aztecs. So now it is going into September an my car is getting worse so I contact John at Los Aztecs to bring my car in an he kept saying he refuse to take in any more cars. So I contacted Prietos again an they called John an he agreed to look at my car but I will have to schedule another appointment so I did so the appointment was scheduled 3 weeks out. Now I’m in the month of October an I bring the car to John an he tells me there are some serious issues but he refuse to fix anything until Prieto pays him 1800 for the cars he is already working on. So I gave Daniel a call again an he promised he would fix the car an this was 10/28/2014 but he just needed a few more days to find a mechanic that can do the work he stalled me out for several month so 12/18/2014 my transmission fully gave out. I brought the car to them an they said they would get it repaired at this time I lose my job because of the transportation issue an my kids missed several days of school because of this. So 3 days go by I still haven’t heard from prietos so I go into the office to see how long it will take to fix my car an let them know I loss my job. Daniel then told me that I will be charged for the transmission sense my warranty expired. Then Daniel claimed I owe money which I know I paid I asked to speak the owner he told he wasn’t available to leave a message so I waited 2weeks never got a call I couldn’t give my 5 children a Christmas because I had no money or a job. I been calling everyday for the owner going to the dealership they called the police on me. I tried producing receipts for the payments they said I didn’t make they refused to look at my documents an called the police on. Please I just my money back! .
