We contaced this company for vending location help. Everyday they sent emails about their services, etc. Finally we decided to use them for only one location to see how they performed. The first red flag was they did not know the type of vending services we needed and each locator wanted pictures and then in discussing with us, couldn’t seem to recall what we contracted for. We had a large drink (10 selection) and 32 select snack machine with credit card readers, requesting a location bigger than 50 people. The contract provides for 3 locations to be provided. One of the locations provided was 9 employees with alleged foot traffic of 50 people per day. The other was a business that said they didn’t want vending when we called to confirm an appointment. The biggest problem was that the owners, Steve (619-669-5621) and Peter (619-990-2452) and their locators don’t call you back or even email you regarding the status. When you are lucky enough to catch the owners, they tell you their policy is to call back within 24 hours, and they don’t do that. I was lucky enough to have Steve put in writing that they would provide one more location. I gave him 2 weeks to get back to me, no response, then sent an email and called once a week regarding status Guess what, no call or email back. I will be taking them to small claims court to recover all the monies. Don’t use this company they are a rip off. Don’t believe the lies the owners put down as “rebuttal” and the list of employees, doesn’t exist.
