If you are looking for order photo products online, I highly recommend that you DO NOT shop with PrinterPix and here are five reasons why; 1) Terrible Customer Service. They are open during the times when their customers are at work and customers waiting over a half hour of more just to get someone on the telephone and they don’t respond back to your e-mails in a timely manner or don’t respond back at all. Their customer service staff doesn’t answer any phone calls on the weekends. 2) They sell a lot of their products on Groupon and Living Social for reduce prices and many of their negative reviews are from former customers who ordered products they purchased from Groupon and Living Social. 3) There are more negative reviews than positive reviews. This company has so many negative reviews on the Better Business Bureau website, Yelp, Google, Site Jabber and Facebook than positive reviews. I would give this company zero stars if I could. 4) They never send your item to you on time. They say they will get it to you within three weeks and I waited over three months for my order. The company needs to STOP making promises to their customers they can NEVER keep. 5) The best photo service company to order from is Shutterfly. After all, Shutterfly has excellent customer service, their customer service agents work during the evening hours and weekends when customers can call to speak with a representative, they offer quality work, they get many positive reviews and they tell you when you should have or order by unlike PrinterPix who cannot guarantee you when your item will be sent to you.
