I purchased a pair for my Son less than 12 months ago and the sock has torn. There has been no contact with the sock. Please can you assist? I have a photo of necessary. I woul not expect an expensive item like these to fail at such an early stage. Can these be replaced or at the very least investigated? My son is now without boots as we are worried of further damage. With kind regards Ian Hill
