In January of 2014 I recieved a call from Pamela Watson regarding a loan modification to reduce my interest and mortgage payments. During the months from Febuary to August of 2014 I have spoke with several people from proactive Legal services, Pamela Watson, Suzie Bryant, Derrick, Chris from a law firm. I faxed in papers for request for RMA, completed an application,mortgage statements,bank statements,income statement. Instead of recieving a loan modification I reciecied an forebearance, which didn’t help my financial status and now Iam stressing to keep my home. After asking questions regarding scams, I was reassure that this was legal, but should have done some homework and now I am suffering. .
