On June 4, 2015 a Prometric representative re-scheduled my appointment for June 12, at 10AM and charged me $50, then he said that there was a problem and that there were no seats available in that time slot on that day and he said he had to re-do the transaction. I asked him “Are you sure? Because I already got an email confirmation.” He assured me it didn’t go through because there were no seats and said he had to re-do everything. So then he re-did everything and charged me another $50. When I realized that I had been charged twice I email Prometric asking for a refund of the duplicate payment (they won’t allow you to ask for a refund over the phone – only email) and then they sent an email back, riddled with gramatical errors, DENYING that they have charged me twice and refusing to refund the duplicate payment! I’m looking at my bank statement which clearly shows two $50 charges from Prometric on June 4th!! And these are processed transactions – not pending! .
