I checked the details on their website, and decided to apply for a car insurance. I decided to visit the place and get things done. The people over there were crazy. No one responded to me in a decent manner. I told them that I had already contacted them, but they still wanted me to wait in queue. The manager was the dumbest guy you’ll ever see. He was asking me so many questions for no reasons at all. I was so frustrated with his unprofessional behavior. He then told me to wait for a week for the process to start. Most of their customers were so angry at their behavior. They have no idea at all how to treat their customers. They do not respond to your calls on most occasions, and when they do, they talk to you with zero interest.

After a week, I got to know that my insurance had stuck because of some documents missing. I had to visit them again and found out that the document which they were talking about, I had already submitted that. How can they be so careless with it? When I tried to question them, they started yelling at me. I had to submit the document again. it took me more than a month to get my car insured. It was such a pain in the ass. They were so careless and rude that it made me mad. I had to visit them so many times just to get a car insurance. They have no manners at all.

This was my worst experience with an insurance company. I’ll suggest you to avoid these bunch of unprofessionals, who are there just to waste your time and energy. Don’t fall for their marketing tactics and attention seeking advertisements.
