I filled up my order and paid on line with my credit card but did not receive my order for about 3-4 months. I tried unsuccessfully reaching customer services and left many messages. Then on April 1, Proof Pronto sent me email confirming receipt of my order as of April 1 (fools day) and notifying about shipping of my order with “free shipping 2-5 days”. I waited and waited, and called them several time and frustrated I finally contacted Florida’s Better Business Bureau on or about April 21 (I have my phone record). BBB said the ProofPronto was not registered with them and BBB cannot help me or anyone else who wants to complain about Proof Pronto aka Atlas Technology. On April 24 Proof Pronto sent me another email notifying that they shipped my order; language is same as the first email only this time they had USPS tracking number. I think it was unusual that at first Proof Pronto lied to me about shipping my order but after my call to BBB, they really shipped my order. I do believe that BBB somehow warned Proof Pronto about my complaint, another example of organizatonal corruption. The mini camera I ordered was non-operating and without SD card. So I lost $125.31 to Proof Pronto who sent me defected key-shaped black piece. Now I am careful with anything and anyone from the corrupt, immoral State of Florida – promissed land of cheat and liars from Latin and Middle East countries.
