We contacted this agency to help us locate a house in South Carolina. The house we chose turned out be unacceptable because of noise problems. This was never disclosed by the seller nor was it disclosed by the real estate agent who lives in the area and knows all about this particular situation.These people didn’t want to hear it and immediately put a hold on our deposit and they are doing absolutely nothing now. I am not going to go into a lot of details but these people have no morals or ethics and are only out to get their commission money at anyone’s expense. I have not met an honest real estate agent yet and I doubt I ever will. These people are especially dishonest and should be avoided like the plague. .
