Paid a premium $3,300.00 for a puppy that was advertised on line and in the store as a teacup chihuahu. Worked with salesperson who reiterated that puppy was teacup size. We explained that we wanted only a teacup. Usually puppies are about $1,100.00 but you pay a premium for teacups since they are rare and hard to find. Puppy is healthy, smart and sweet but not a teacup. We went to vet for checkup and were told that she is a full size and obviously not a teacup. Vet advised that we should go back to store and let them know and seek refund on the premium we paid. We went to the store and were told by the salesperson we purchased from that manager was not in but that she would have her call us. Waited 48 hours with no call back. Called store same salesperson promised a call the next day again no call. I then called my credit/debit card company to dispute charges. They advised I needed to return the puppy to the store so they could process our claim. I called store one more time and got manager, when I informed here of my concerns and that I would be returning the puppy she informed me that she was calling law enforcement and would have me arrested for trespass if I entered the store. This store and salesperson all over us when we were purchasing but now is going to have me arrested if I try to return the puppy? I would highly recommend shopping elsewher. .
