They advertise 24 hour service but someone calls you back and says it’s too late to come out. They don’t show up when promised even during day time regular hours. The sent a plumber who knew less about plumbing than I do…and I’m an accountant! They didn’t fix the problem, said they had a guarantee but did not honor it. They charge over twice as much as all the plumbers I’ve had do work for me in the past. They quote but then add junk fees. The plumber who showed up (If he was even a licensed plumber…I should have checked…but they advertise “Licensed”)…cussed constantly and complained about his job!! Incredibly rude on the phone…like you’re interrupting them or something! Worst service and worst plumbing company ever! .
