Hello, I have called and emailed multiple times about an order that I have yet to receive. I ordered three items back on March 15th, and I still have not gotten anything. According to the shipping website, it is still “processing”. When Can I expect to get my order? And if I should not expect it, I would like a full refund. There seems to be no way to get a hold of anybody at this company!! Please respond!! -Disgruntled customer
