Recently I have been to Napa, California and thought to visit one of the gallery stores as my friend wanted me to explore it. I had a very terrible experience at QuentCordair Fine Art because of the way I was treated there. I have been to plenty of art galleries and I know how things work over there. Their customer service sucks as the staff of QuentCordair Fine Art is unprofessional and don’t know how to treat their customers. Upon my visit to QuentCordair Fine Art, I was having a look over of the different arts when one of their managers came by me and ask me to get my hands off their paintings and he rudely asked me that if my hands are washed or not. I mean like if this is the way you are going to treat your customers then all the best for your business because you are certainly going to lose your customers very soon. Also, the display of the arts was bad there was not enough lighting around it. The arts had broken and chipped frames which were the worst part of it. On top of it if you compare the prices with other art galleries you may find that the pieces of art at QuentCordair Fine Art are more expensive than other art galleries. To be very honest I am not a person who likes to write negative about any business but since this gallery has nothing good to talk about and even their staff you are going to confront are one of the worst I have faced in my entire life. Well, however, I did like one of the paintings at QuentCordair Fine Art and chose to buy it. Since I was not there for a much longer period I asked them if they can deliver it in the least possible time which they agreed upon. The painting was fine but the frame was damaged from the corners so I asked them to replace it upon which the manager of the gallery told me that I will have to pay some extra cash for the repairing. Why the hell should I pay for the repairing because I was not responsible for this, as long as the art is under the gallery it’s their responsibility to get it repaired for me, upon arguing the manager then told me that you will get it repaired from us. Fast forward 2 weeks when I received the painting I was shocked that the painting was still in the same condition and they had made no work on the frames as I told them to. QuentCordair Fine arts are scammer and liars who are only keen to make their money and nothing else. I would not like to visit this place again nor I am going to suggest it to anyone. So stay away from such peoples.
