Hi, this is Dina, I would like to leave my opinion here because I saw only good reviews about this person, and I just want to inform people that not everything can be that perfect, that sometimes, things simply go wrong.
I don’t think he’s the worst locksmith in the world, but I had a terrible experience with him, and that’s what I’m leaving here, my experience.
It starts with a party, a house party I was throwing for my friend who was moving out of town, we went crazy, and some things ended up misplaced. I lost my keys that night and spent the next few days trying to find them, I thought someone might have taken them by mistake, but no one called me. After 3 days, I had no luck finding the keys, so I decided to contact a locksmith to change all locks for the house. Whoever had my keys had complete access to my house and my car, so I had to change everything.
I saw this service online, it had so many good reviews that seemed like the best option, I contacted him and agreed an hour to make the changes, he said the process was going to be long and probably would take more than a day. I was practically locked inside my house, so I agreed to his prices; even though they were a bit high, I was desperate.
The first day he showed up just in time, did 3 out of 8 locks and left, everything went well. The next day, he showed up 2 hours late, did just 1 lock, and said he would have to raise the original price because some of the locks were more complicated than he initially thought. I told him that it was not my fault, I was only going to pay what we had previously agreed and nothing else. He kept apologizing, saying that he could not reprogram my locks for the original price, especially the ones for my car since they were a lot more expensive, I understood that, but he should’ve said it before, now it was just too late.
After days of arguing over the same issue, I got tired and asked him to just leave it like that. I got 5 out of 8 locks reprogramed and ended up paying for the 8. I still had no keys for the front door, so I had to use the back door every time, I was also missing my car keys, and the thought that someone else actually had them didn’t let me catch sleep at nights.
It was a very hard situation for me, I had to call another locksmith to finish what he started and he charged me even less than the first guy, this man was considerate and understood how hard this was for me, he cared about his clients, and not only about the money he would take from me. Now, if I ever have a lock issue again, I know who to contact, certainly not Quick mobile.
