Ordered a code for a Land Rover radio. Provided them with the serial number. 2 days later they sent me the last 5 digits of the serial number instead of the real code. The code can only contain digits 1 through 7. Their code contained a 9, which is not even possible to enter on the LR radio. I contacted them with the issue – no response. Opened a payPal case, but they do not dispute virtual goods. I got the correct radio code from Becker(the radio manufacturer) as well someone on a LR forum later gave me the right code for free. If you they want to run an unlocking service why not get the correct software and actually provide real codes? I do not understand, what is the point of their business model?
