Hi all, I have booked a Intrcity smart bus service from Railyatri.in website for travelling from chennai to coimbatore on 30.08.2019. My boarding point is Tambaram – Opp to Hindu mission hospital with departure time at 10.30pm. But the bus arrived by 11.45pm and arrived to destination at 9.00 with 2hrs delay. In their app they said that if a bus is delayed above 30mins they wil provide 50% refund. But if i ask that they are saying that it is applicable only if the bus reaches the last boarding point above 30mins. But the last boarding point is Chengalpattu toll at 11.25pm, where bus reached the last boarding point at 12.30pm. I have the following concerns, 1. Fake promises – On their app and website they mentioned that they promise that if a bus is delayed above 30mins they wil provide 50% refund, without any terms and conditions or policies marking their statement. Even the policies cannot be found in their website easily by a normal human being. 2. No tracking – They say tracking is available, but i did not recieve any tracking link for the same. 3. No proper communication – In their message they asked me to come to boarding point 15mins prior to departure. I reached the boarding point at 10.00pm, 30mins prior to departure. I was waiting there till 11.45pm without any communication about the delay. 4.Lack of professionalism – I have enquired about the delay through mail. But they did not even apologise for the inconvenience caused and started to explain me about their policies. Iam seriously frustrated about this after their mail, not even considering my frustration and they behave only on their policies which i cannot find. Please help me to take action on them for not respecting the customers. I have attached the screenshots for the most. Thanks and regards, Harinath J
