I submitted a $200 payment on November 30, 2016. For a $80 T-Shirt and $120 custom hat. I’ve sent two emails asking the status of my order with no reply. This is the second time my husband and I have had issues with this company. The first time my husband ordered something it took over three months to receive the order. Prior to the most recent order I sent the owner an e-mail explaining that I was interested in another order because my husband likes his work; yet, I was skeptical of submitting a new order because of my past experience. The owner assured me that they had some stocking issues at that time but things had beed straightened out since then and the items that are listed on his website were in stock. I should’ve followed my mind and stayed away from these people, I believe I’ve just lost my $200. This was my husbands surprise birthday gift. Now, I’ll have to submit this company to the NY Better Business Bureau. So sad.
