My experience with Ramsey Alfa Romeo Fiat was awful. I didn’t know someone could offer such poor services. If I knew they would take weeks to deliver my car, I wouldn’t have contacted them from the first place.
I am an electrical contractor, and moving around in public transport was becoming a waste of time. The train was crowded, and at times, I had to push my way in to get space. For this reason, I decided to buy a car. The first step was looking at available car dealers in Sadle River City and the type of cars they were offering on sale. After checking a few dealers online, I finally decided to settle for Ramsey Alfa Romeo Fiat. This particular dealer has a well-organized website and an outstanding collection of new and pre-owned cars. I knew I could secure myself a good deal on a pre-owned car that was as good as new.
To confirm that every car they posted online was in stock, I decided to call the number available on their online website. I expected someone to answer on the spot, but to my surprise, no one answered. This was odd, but I decided to try again after a few hours. Still, there was no one to answer. On the next day, I received a call from Ramsey Alfa Romeo Fiat, acknowledging that they had received my call. It was only fair that I accept the apology.
After explaining myself, I was booked an appointment on the previous day. I left work early to arrive at Ramsey Alfa Romeo Fiat on time, which I did. However, on arriving at their premises, nobody noticed my presence. The receptionist informed me to wait for a few minutes because the sales manager was handling another sale. After waiting close to an hour, I got fed up and decided to storm out. However, before I could exit, the sales manager approached me and explained why he could not serve me immediately. He led me to their exhibition room, and the available collections were amazing. I laid my eyes on a pre-owned 2019 Alfa Romeo Giulia Ti AWD. The car was in perfect shape, and the manger filled me on the details. The car was three months old and had a three-month warranty. Considering that this was among the latest cars in the market, I decided to buy it.
The terms of payment were strict as I was supposed to pay for everything before delivery. After a week or so, I had the money ready and paid for everything. The manager assured me they would process the papers in one day and deliver the car in three days. I left a happy customer, not knowing the disappointment ahead of me. After three days, the car was not delivered. It took Ramsey Alfa Romeo Fiat more than two weeks to deliver. I got impatient since I had paid for everything.
