At first i was extremely excited about RaveReady’s selection, prices and supposedly quick deliveries. However, it has now been almost three months since my order was placed, and it is still shown as ‘processing’ – and what’s worse, I can’t even undo the order anymore as the customer service stopped responding to my e-mails after it became apparent that mere platitudes, rather than definitive actions, would not be enough to pacify me. For a product (Amok pants) that was advertised to ship in two weeks (and a small print saying it could actually take up to one month), this delay is unacceptable and mere apologies followed by complete silence from the store’s part add insult to injury. I hope to avoid having to contact a different organization to resolve the matter, but as it stands it seems that might be the only way for me to get either my order or my money back.
