My wife has had several operations and the hospitals and doctors have turned her debts over to collections with Ray Klein Inc. Also known as Professional Credit Service. The collection was added to my credit report as well. I have contested it serveral times and asked oit to be removed and PCS refuses to do so. They claim that because we are married the can legally do this as they are claining that I am automatically the cosigner. The would not even have my infomation other than the fact that because our health insurance is through my employer, my name is there. .
