RBK Trucking Inc, operated and owned by Cathie and Rod Koeppen in Palm Coast Florida, unlawfully had stollen millions of dollars from over 20 drivers. One in particular was us. Their leasing contract was fake, however we did not know. Years after come to find out we aren’t the only ones who they have done this to. Their contract forces drivers to pay for all repairs, title/tags, IFTA, and so on along with being forced to give up each paycheck for a countless number of weeks. Just recently they created a fake court order, and stole our Semi Truck that we paid them for out of storage. All paperwork is documented, showing where Cathie and Rod have written off everything they are claiming we made on a 1099, however all of the paychecks we did ever receive only add up to 13 thousand, and yet their 1099 claims 141 thousand. These two scam artists have been doing this for years, as they started out in New Jersey, moved to Pennsylvania, and now Florida. Each time they get caught they file under a diffrent name and start all over. Be aware of this trucking company, as of right now they have stollen over $250 thousand from us that we can prove, on top of not paying us “”waged”” hours since we are not independent contractors to driver a semi truck in the state of Florida. With 20 drivers, and most figure it all out and eventually quit, they are making millions each year. Someone needs to stop them before they ruin another family.
