Rebecca Nelson

Rebecca is a Provisional Mental Health Counselor Licensee with experience working with a myriad of mental health issues and psychiatric disorders in a variety of settings. Rebecca believes that everyone deserves a life filled with purpose, joy, and peace. At times, people can find themselves feeling disempowered and “stuck”; Rebecca enjoys helping clients engage in self-exploration so they can shift focus from struggle to creating a life filled with meaning. Therapy is a rewarding process through which a participant can increase personal insight and self-awareness, developing new skills that support greater fulfillment and purpose.Rebecca uses warmth and authenticity to create a safe, consistent, and non-judgmental space. She works with you through any obstacles with compassion, empathy, and unwavering support.
