Sensory Services of Pinellas is geared to serve children and young adults with Sensory Processing Disorders and or developmental delays. This program was built to meet a variety of special needs and help fill gaps between other therapy services. Your child will gain a fun, safe environment in which they can learn to accept who they are and overcome some of the daily obstacles that they face. The parents will receive training and resources and are encouraged to be involved in the treatment development process. Sensory Enrichment Therapy integrates many therapy modalities, offering an individualized, holistic approach to Treatment.This program merges sensory, occupational approaches and mental health counseling. It is specially and individually designed for children and young adults with neurological disorders, developmental disorders, spectrum disorders, varying sensory sensitivities and or high levels of anxiety.This is a unique program which promotes the collaboration of clients, parents, and therapist, in order to gain and maintain optimal, individual services to improve daily living. Sessions are a combination of in home and in office environments, offering flexibility and comfort, which will optimize treatment progress.
