I purchased Microsoft Office on June 24, 2016. After 30 hours I had not received the download and product key. I contacted them via email and asked for a refund. I received an apology letter and was told the refund would be processed. 11 days later and no refund. I tried calling the customer service number several times only to be on hold for 5 minutes tehn disconnected. I’ve contacted them via online chat several times and was on for hours. I am on the online chat now and have been for nearly 2 hours this time. They are clueless. The representative simply quit responding. I am copying the conversation and contacting the BBB. Be warned people…if you’re smart you’ll stay far away from this site!
