Made a order and it has been 3 weeks and I have still not received it. I emailed support the 2nd week and just got a response to check order number for progress. Which still got me me no where because all it said was that it had been shipped. On the contact page of the website it says they take tele-calls 24/7 even on holidays. The number is not listed so I emailed support. They told me they don’t take calls, emails only. So I confronted them about the contact page. They wrote back a snappy comment saying that I didn’t see a number though did I? Had to pay by money order, not by a credit card. I have asked for a refund, still waiting for a reply.
