Chetty ls (id: [protected]) Article : 2011 u renault megane iii rs 250 cup Engine number : f4rm874c006098 Chassis number : vf1dz1n0644559183 Year model : 2011 This email servers as a formal complaint and a request for upliftment of my contract from renault due to terrible service and my vehicle not being fixed as agreed upon by renault northcliff as well as the poor service. I submitted my offer to purchase on the 13/12/2019 for the renault megane which was approved and paid a r50 000 deposit on the 18/12/2019. after test driving the car, I told the salesman henry gwala about the problems I found with the car, namely breaks, shocks, discs, window tint, air con and there was no spare key, which the henry confirmed all will be sorted out. I was only able to collect the car on the 23/12/2019, I should have known from then that this dealership has really bad service. upon collecting the car I realized that none of the above issues were sorted out on the car to which henry apologies and said I should come back in the new year as the workshop was closed. I did not use the car as the breaks were very bad and parked it off in my garage waiting till the workshop opened again in the new year. I called henry the first week of january asking him when I can bring the car and was told to only bring it in on the 13/01/2020. I dropped the car off early on the 13th and received a loan car as agreed. I collected the car yesterday 04/02/2020 after numerous calls to find out why is it taking so long and was told the parts were not there yet and I had to wait. after driving the car I realized that a lot of the issues I had email the salesman has still not been sorted even after waiting almost a month. I called the salesman to find out why they did not replace some parts and was told that I should talk to the manager as he doesn’t know what was done, that is terrible service! I also asked about the spare key and was told he forgot about it. the dealer did not even stamp the service book. I am not willing to wait another month for them to fix everything, this all should have been resolved. I am very disappointed with renault and now the brand as well and will not support any renault dealer going forward. Since my application 13/12/2019 till now 07/02/2020 I still have not used my car and I have paid the first installment already!!
