Was contacted and advised that I had defaulted on a loan from back in 2009 with Horizon LLC. They are going to serve me papers and that I must appear in court or Horizon will win by default and I will have to pay the money back. They say the money was directly deposited into my credit union accoun, which is an account I haven’t had in 10 years!!! Plus, they say I used references of a Peggy Ann, which I don’t know who this person is and a Christopher John, who is my husband now!! They have my ssn number and DOB And old old address. I didn’t take out a loan in 2009 cause I didn’t have any income at the time to pay back a loan. I have advised this company per my attorney they can meet me at police memorial building to serve me and I was advised no. That they would find me and serve me. I spoke with an Amber this evening about this matter. She was rude and would not let me talk!!
