Rev.Jasjit Singh pastor @ Br. Jesse (Jesse) Singh an IRTS Railways employee (NOT IAS OFFICER) from India entered in the USA with R1 visa in 2007 and applied for and sought asylum, asylee benefits, green card and social security benefits, complaining false persecution from India. He borrowed from me sum of $2023.00 for air fare for his family from India to US and accomodations for his family in Sacramento, CA in the month of June 2013. He denied to pay me money back after his family arrived and well settled in the US. However, I filed lawsuit against him while all remedies failed to collect money. The Superior Court of California, Sacramento ordered Jasjit Singh to pay the me lump sum of $2500.00 twice last year but he denied to pay. He has not been responding to pay the judgment since judgment entered in Sep. 2013. Also, he has committed frauds with pastors of Seventh day Adventists, Fresno, CA, Pastors at Rock Church Elk Grove, CA suing them for the sum of $300,000.00 fradulently. He has been falsely collecting donations/borrowing from church members/organizations, and his friends to build a punjabi church in Sacramento or in Rancho Cordova, CA. Also, he has been transferring money to India via Money gram and/or other sources since in US. Hence, all communiites are advised not to be robbed by Jasjit Singh as myself and others have been robbed. .
