This was the worst birthday gift I could have ever given to my cousin. I decided to gift a pre-owned car because he didn’t have one. I started searching for the best car selling company with a good reputation. After a few hours of continuous research, I found the RGV MOTOR COMPANY to be the most pleasing among all the ones. God knows why I thought this about the company because it was just the opposite is the reality. Their webpage was a trap to attract people from all over the city. I was also a victim to fall in their trap.
I made an appointment with them online and soon I was sent the confirmation text of a fixed date and time. I was very happy and excited to buy a vehicle from them until I stepped into their showroom. There was a strange smell all over the place as I stepped into the place. I couldn’t even breathe properly. I requested the staff member to fix it up but he didn’t pay attention to me and pretended as if he didn’t listen to me. He went away and didn’t come back. The smell was very strong and it created a severe headache. The next moment I was called inside by the manager to discuss the car I wanted. I told him the type of car and all the specifications which I required. I agree that my list was a bit long about the specifications but was not big enough to irritate the manager. He stopped me in the middle and mocked me by saying that he would have to build a special car with all the speciality my list had and started laughing sarcastically. This was very rude of him. He then showed me the list of the car he had and let me choose any one of them because he had nothing as such to meet my requirements.
It was taking some time because I was confused, the manager than again mocked me by saying that it would take a lifetime if you just sit and think like this, please make your thought process a bit quicker. I was very much disturbed by his words and decided not to buy anything from him. I told him to cancel the deal of buying a car because I had changed my mind. Listening to this he became furious and became angry. He told me that I wasted his precious time and I would never be able to buy a car from any other place. He cursed me allot about being a time waste his firm. He didn’t realize that due to his rude behaviour any customer would do the same. He kept on saying that I would never be able to buy a fine pre-owned car. His words were heartbreaking and I still don’t believe about the fake positivity over their webpage. Please don’t take your business to the RGV MOTOR COMPANY. The manager is a maniac and he prioritizes his self-respect more than anything in the world. Please stay away! I still thank god for not buying a car from this place for my cousin’s birthday.
